ANNOUNCEMENT
‘GLOGIFT 08’, an International Conference with the theme “Flexible Enterprise for Global Business”is an effort to provide a global forum for practitioners, policy makers, teachers, researchers and learners to share their practical experiences, knowledge and insight in the evolution, formulation and implementation of strategies and models for flexible enterprises to meet the changing requirements of global business. The objective of the conference is to provide a knowledge sharing platform for dissemination of research and experiential findings through empirical study, qualitative modeling, case studies, new concepts and state-of-the-art studies.
CALL FOR PAPERS
‘GLOGIFT 08’, invites researchers, learners and practitioners to submit research-based as well as practical papers linked with the Theme of the Conference. The broad areas / sub-themes that will be of interest for the conference are given below. Papers can be submitted in any one of the following sub-themes or related areas.

SUBMISSION
Papers should be thought provoking and based on current research. The titles should be brief. Although there is no word limit, concise papers are encouraged. Papers can be accepted for presentation based on the extended abstracts. Publication in Proceedings is subject to a strict set of standards of review and deadlines.
Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the conference on CD and a selection of these papers will be considered for publication in journals.

SYMPOSIA, TUTORIALS AND WORKSHOPS
If you wish to conduct a symposium, tutorial or workshop, submit a summary of at least two pages on what you propose to do in your session and why it is of interest and importance to the participants. All participants must register and attend the meeting.
VOLUNTEERS
Anyone interested in participating in the program by serving as a reviewer, session chair, or discussant, should contact the Conference Chairs.

GIFT members receive $50 discount and student members receive $25 discount. Others receive one year GIFT membership as part of registration fee.
Registration fee to be paid in US dollars. For possibility of payment in other currencies, contact the Conference Secretariat.
Registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings CD, registration kit, tea, lunches, official dinner and attendance in session services. The registration fee does not include the cost of boarding/lodging etc.
The Registration Fee covers Complimentary Registration to One Day Conference Workshop on ‘US –India Business Development’on June 16, 2008.
Cancellation: 80% refund will be made for cancellation before May 31, 2008 after which not refund of registration fee will be made.
